Superflex Supertest 49 Strand Wire, also known as 7×7 wire is made from marine-grade 304 stainless and is much more flexible and durable than the 1×7 even though it is thicker.
Supertest 49 is the preferred wire when making hook rigs for skirted trolling lures and can also be used as leader when fishing for Wahoo or Mackerel. Supertest 7×7 wire is also suitable for all other marine rigging and general balustrading applications.
